“Let Food be Thy Medicine” An old saying suggests that if we eat correctly and healthily, we don’t need medicines or supplements. This is because the food we consume can have a significant impact on our overall well-being and can even prevent illnesses from occurring.
Personal Experience
- I was rarely sick before, and after I started thinking more about what I eat, I’m never sick anymore. Except recently when I fell asleep naked in front of a rather powerful fan blowing cold air. Then I caught a cold.
- Recently, I have started to exercise more than before and this has led to further increased well-being.

- Health is a holistic phenomenon, which means that it is important to take into account all aspects of our lives including our habits, diet, mindset, exercise, and everything else we do.

Ready-made Food
PS I would like to add one thing. I don’t really care what other people eat or don’t eat, but when I’m out shopping I can’t help but notice what other people have in their shopping baskets. Since I choose natural food, fruit, vegetables, nuts, milk, butter, meat, and fish (also game when I can get hold of it) that I prepare myself at home in the kitchen, including bread baking, it sometimes strikes me how much ready-made food many buy.
